On the occasion of the 16-day campaign to combat violence against women, the Women’s Empowerment Unit at the Institute adopted a seminar entitled: 
(Combating Violence Against Women and Men) on Thursday 11/23/2023 under the patronage of the Dean of the Institute, Professor Dr.

The assistants and faculty members, in addition to hosting Eng. Nour Ali Khalaf / PhD in Sociology / University of Baghdad and Mrs. Farah Rashid Ajil / Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, spoke during them about the causes of psychological stress leading to violence against women and men alike. The symposium included many interventions that enriched the discussion with a number of solutions to the problems that our Iraqi society is facing in particular.
