As part of the annual plan of the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit, the Higher Institute for Infertility Diagnosis and Assisted Reproductive Technologies at Al-Nahrain University organized an awareness workshop entitled “The Effect of Smoking on Fertility,” delivered by lecturer Alaa Ismail Mujbil on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, in the Institute’s activities hall.
The workshop witnessed wide participation from faculty members, graduate students, and a number of institute affiliates. The workshop aimed to highlight the negative effects of smoking on reproductive health and to raise awareness among attendees of its risks to fertility in both sexes.
