Digital protection of data and systems

The Higher Institute for Infertility Diagnosis and Assisted Reproductive Technologies – Al-Nahrain University, organized a workshop entitled
Digital Protection of Data and Systems," presented by Assistant Lecturer Sarah Riyadh, was part of the activities of the University Counseling Division, under the supervision of the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit. The workshop aimed to raise awareness of the concept of digital protection of data and systems as a fundamental pillar of information security in the modern era, especially in light of increasing threats such as hacking, viruses, digital manipulation, and cyber fraud. The workshop also emphasized that the widespread development in the use of technology in various aspects of life necessitates the adoption of effective strategies and advanced technologies to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and continuous availability of information, thereby achieving reliable protection for digital infrastructure. This workshop was held as part of the institute's commitment to disseminating cybersecurity awareness among its members and enhancing their capabilities in dealing with modern technological challenges.
